Operations tools for regulated teams, built by AI and governed to the row

KYC reviews, reconciliation breaks, limit approvals: the work between your core systems still runs on spreadsheets and email. Describe the tool and ToolJet builds it on your ledger, CRM and payment data, with SSO, row-level access and an audit trail from the first version. Deploy in your VPC or air-gapped.

Describe the tool you need. ToolJet builds it.

Type what you want in plain language. ToolJet generates the pages, queries and logic as a working app. Connect your data, set who can see what, and review the generated logic before publishing. Edit the app on the canvas afterwards.

What financial services teams build with ToolJet

The operational layer between core banking, CRM, payments and the people who run them.

KYC and onboarding review

Queues over your identity and screening providers, with escalation paths and a recorded rationale for every clearance.

Reconciliation and break management

Match ledger, processor and bank data, assign breaks, track ageing and resolution.

Limit, exception and credit approvals

Threshold-based routing, two-person sign-off and an approval record your auditors can read.

Client servicing consoles

One view across CRM, accounts, transactions and tickets, with guarded write actions by role.

Regulatory and management reporting

Dashboards from your warehouse with the filters compliance and finance actually use.

Treasury and cash operations

Position views, payment release queues and approval chains over your bank and ERP connections.

How regulated teams roll it out

  1. 01

    Deploy inside the boundary

Run ToolJet in your VPC, on-premise or air-gapped with Kubernetes, Helm or OpenShift. Configure AI endpoints and integrations to meet your data-residency requirements.

  2. 02

    Connect systems with scoped credentials

Platform admins connect core banking, CRM, payments and the warehouse once. Builders use them without seeing secrets.

  3. 03

Build the workflow, encode the control

Describe the queue or approval. Set roles, thresholds and row-level rules as part of the build, not after.

  4. 04

    Review, then promote

Compliance and IT review queries and permissions in staging. Release to production with version history and rollback.

Built in, not bolted on

The controls your compliance team already expects

Your compliance programme needs segregation of duties, least privilege, evidence and data residency. ToolJet is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR, and every app inherits the same identity, permissions and audit trail.

Single sign-on and SCIM

SAML, OIDC and LDAP on Team and above. Enterprise adds SCIM provisioning and directory group sync.

Segregation of duties

Row-level and query-level permissions keep analysts, approvers and administrators on separate paths, enforced by the platform.

Evidence on demand

Platform audit logs with SIEM export, plus the approval and rationale records your apps store in your own database.

Data stays in your jurisdiction

Self-host in the region and network you choose. Configure encryption and network access for your deployment. For internal inference, use Self-hosted Enterprise AI with a local model endpoint.

Security and governance features vary by plan. Workflows and Agent Builder are available on Self-hosted only; BYOK is available on Enterprise plans for both Cloud and Self-hosted. Compare plan availability.

Talk about a project

Questions financial services teams ask before they start

Can ToolJet run entirely inside our network?

Yes. Self-host on Docker, Kubernetes, Helm or OpenShift in your VPC, on-premise or fully air-gapped. Data source credentials, queries and audit logs stay inside your boundary.

How do we enforce segregation of duties?

Roles are defined at workspace, app, page, component and query level, with row-level security for scoped records. An analyst role can clear low-risk cases while escalation and override require a separate approver role. The platform enforces it; builders cannot bypass it.

Can AI features be used with customer data?

Choose the AI deployment that meets your data requirements. BYOK uses your provider account and can involve external processing. Self-hosted Enterprise AI with a local model endpoint is the option for keeping inference internal.

What audit evidence is available?

Platform audit logs record events with actor, resource and timestamp, with configurable retention and SIEM export. Decisions made inside your apps, such as clearances and approvals with rationale, are stored in your own database and reportable.

Does it connect to our core systems?

Yes. Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres and SAP HANA, Snowflake and BigQuery, Salesforce and Stripe, plus any REST, gRPC or GraphQL API, alongside 100+ native connectors.
