Superblocks offers managed Cloud, Hybrid and Cloud-Prem deployments, with AI metered in Governed Agent Units. ToolJet offers an open-source Community Edition you operate yourself, managed Cloud, and app building through your own coding agent without ToolJet AI credits.

Tencent, Swisscom, Duolingo, Gojek, Orange, Unity and hundreds more run internal tools on ToolJet.

Implementing ToolJet has been a massive accelerator for our internal operations. It allows us to rapidly build, deploy, and standardize mission-critical internal data apps and CRUD applications at a fraction of traditional development time.
Control plane, data plane and app definitions run on your infrastructure, with air-gapped deployment through an Enterprise add-on. Superblocks Hybrid keeps the control plane, your app definitions and Clark's inference in their cloud.
ToolJet AI is built in with Luna on Free; Haiku 5.5, GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok are available on paid plans. Or let Claude Code or Codex compose the app over an MIT-licensed MCP server with no ToolJet credits. Superblocks' Builder MCP is a chat channel to Clark, so every build still burns GAUs.
A published price: $199 per builder per month, billed annually. On Superblocks all three are Enterprise-only, and Enterprise has no published price.
Superblocks' Hybrid model is documented plainly: the data plane in your VPC, the control plane in theirs, connected outbound-only.
Hybrid runs your queries, not your platform.
Everything runs where you put it.
Superblocks does connect to AI tools. The question is whether your agent does the work, or whether it's a chat window into theirs.
Your agent talks to Clark. Clark builds.
Our agent, or the one you already use.
Superblocks meters AI in Governed Agent Units. Examples in the Superblocks docs include an 8-GAU sales dashboard. Actual usage varies with the request.
Budget for builds and follow-up edits.
Credits you top up, or skip entirely.
