AT A GLANCE

What is this cleaning visits template?

Brightwork keeps site details and reusable area checklists together. Scheduling a visit copies the site’s current tasks into an individual checklist, so later recipe changes do not overwrite work already scheduled. Crews are recorded by name with a date and start time. Every task must be Done before a visit can be completed, and a completed visit can be reopened as a Revisit. The built pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional records; deployment and download await package and clean-install validation.

THE WORKFLOW

Cleaning visits from start to finish.

A cleaning operations app for service coordinators. Set up sites and checklists, schedule visits, record area completion, and manage revisits with a clear history.

  1. Overview

    See the visits needing attention

Review current cleaning work and follow-up needs, then open the visit queue.

  2. Visits

Schedule work with the right checklist

Choose a site with configured tasks, set date and time, assign a crew name, and create the visit with its own checklist.

  3. Visit

Record the work and its outcome

Update each area task and note during work. Complete after all tasks are Done or record a revisit when more attention is needed.

  4. Sites

    Prepare the next service visit

Maintain client and contact details, service instructions, and reusable area tasks. Changes apply to future visits rather than replacing existing checklists.

INSIDE THE TEMPLATE

What does the template cover?

A working view of visits and follow-up

Review scheduled work, visits in progress, and areas needing a revisit so the next handover is clear.

Sites with reusable area checklists

Create sites with client, address, contact, and service instructions. Add or edit tasks grouped by area for future visits.

Visit scheduling with an individual plan

Schedule a unique visit reference with site, date, time, and crew. The app saves a copy of the current site checklist with that visit.

Completion backed by checklist progress

Record task notes and To do, Done, or Needs revisit status. Complete only when all tasks are Done; reopen, cancel, or reschedule while keeping decision history.

ToolJet Database with sample data

The pilot uses 2 tables with fictional records. No external database is needed to explore the source app.

Data included in the cleaning visits pilot
TableSample dataWhat it stores
Sites3 sample sitesClient, address, contact, service instructions, and 12 reusable area tasks in total.
Visits5 sample visitsDate, start time, crew, status, copied checklists, and visit history. Includes 20 individual tasks.
Where this template stops

The app records crew names but does not check crew availability, route vehicles, detect schedule conflicts, send notifications, provide a client portal, collect photos, or create invoices. A checklist is copied at scheduling; later site-task changes affect future visits only. Site access credentials are managed outside the sample app. This English desktop pilot reads up to 1,000 rows per table; larger datasets need pagination. Access policies, package export, and clean installation remain unverified.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Template FAQs

What does the cleaning operations template include?

Brightwork includes site records, reusable area checklists, visit scheduling, crew assignment, task notes, completion, and revisits across four pages.

What happens if a site checklist changes?

Existing visits keep their own checklist copy. Changes to the reusable site tasks apply to visits scheduled afterward.

Can a visit be completed with unfinished areas?

No. Every task must be Done before completion. Record Needs revisit and a note when an area requires follow-up. A completed visit can also be reopened as a Revisit.

Does it prevent double-booking a crew?

No. Crew names and start times are saved for coordination, but availability, travel time, and schedule conflicts are not calculated.

Can I change the design, branding, or features with AI?

Yes. Use the starter prompt or ask the ToolJet AI builder to adapt Brightwork with your logo, colors, preferred layout, fields, and workflow. Suggested prompts describe extensions to build and test.

Which database and languages are included?

The pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional sample data. It is in English with light and dark appearances. Other languages and right-to-left layouts need implementation and testing.

Can I deploy or download Brightwork?

Public deployment and download remain disabled until the importable package and clean installation have been validated.
