A contract renewal management app for commercial teams. Track notice dates, complete renewal reviews, and record new terms or termination decisions with history.

Continuum derives each contract’s notice date from the recorded term end and notice period. Review tasks capture the work needed for a renewal decision. Recording a renewal requires all tasks complete, archives the prior term and review, then starts a fresh cycle with the new end date, value, and terms. Termination and restoration are internal records; the app does not deliver notice or change a legal agreement. The built pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional records; deployment and download await package and clean-install validation.
Built for Commercial and operations coordinators reviewing software, service, facilities, and other business contracts.
A contract renewal management app for commercial teams. Track notice dates, complete renewal reviews, and record new terms or termination decisions with history.
Review active contracts approaching their notice date, recorded value in the window, and tasks blocking a decision.
Create a contract linked to a counterparty. Notice date is calculated from term end minus the entered notice days.
Update task owners, dates, status, and notes. Record a renewal after all tasks are Done, or record termination or restoration with a reason.
Create and edit the organizations, contact people, emails, and categories associated with contracts.
See active contracts with notice dates in the next 30 days or already passed, upcoming notice dates, and blocked review work.
Create a unique reference linked to a counterparty, with owner, term dates, USD value, notice days, and key terms. Three review tasks are created with the contract.
Complete every review task before recording a renewal. Prior dates, value, terms, and tasks are archived; the next term begins the day after the previous end.
Maintain commercial contacts, add review tasks, and record termination or restoration with a reason and confirmation that external notice obligations were handled.
The pilot uses 2 tables with fictional records. No external database is needed to explore the source app.
| Table | Sample data | What it stores |
|---|---|---|
| Counterparties | 4 sample counterparties | Organization name, commercial contact, email, and category. |
| Contracts | 6 sample contracts | Current term dates, notice period, value, owner, review tasks, decision history, and archived renewal cycles. |
The app does not renew or terminate a legal agreement, deliver notices, collect signatures, perform legal review, or send reminders. Notice periods use calendar days and recorded terms; the app does not interpret contract clauses. Values are USD recordkeeping amounts. Restore or terminate only after handling any required external notice. Reopen a detail record from Contracts after reload. This English desktop pilot reads up to 1,000 rows per table; larger datasets need pagination. Access policies, package export, and clean installation remain unverified.

Suggested prompts describe changes you can request. Additional features and translations still need to be built and tested.
Choose ToolJet Cloud, or download the application package to import into your self-hosted instance once the template is released.

Continuum includes contract and counterparty records, derived notice dates, renewal review tasks, recorded renewal decisions, and preserved prior terms across four pages.
It subtracts the entered notice period in calendar days from the recorded term end date. It does not interpret legal clauses or business-day rules.
All review tasks must be Done. The app archives the prior term and review, updates the dates and commercial value, and resets the task list for a new cycle. No external renewal is submitted.
No. It records an internal decision. The form requires confirmation that any required external notice has been handled; the agreement and counterparties must be managed through the appropriate external process.
Yes. Use the starter prompt or ask the ToolJet AI builder to adapt Continuum with your logo, colors, preferred layout, fields, and workflow. Suggested prompts describe extensions to build and test.
The pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional sample data. It is in English with light and dark appearances. Other languages and right-to-left layouts need implementation and testing.
Public deployment and download remain disabled until the importable package and clean installation have been validated.
