A recruitment pipeline app for roles, candidates, interviews and hiring decisions. Track human feedback and move candidates through a guarded process from intake to hire.

Shortlist links each candidate to an open role and keeps interview rounds, feedback and decisions together. Recruiters can schedule a round, record a human recommendation, move a candidate to an offer after completed positive feedback, and record an accepted hire. Rejected candidates can return to Screening. This pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional records; browser validation, packaging and clean-install proof are tracked separately.
Built for Recruiters and hiring coordinators managing a small, collaborative recruiting pipeline.
A recruitment pipeline app for roles, candidates, interviews and hiring decisions. Track human feedback and move candidates through a guarded process from intake to hire.
Open an active candidate or an upcoming interview directly from the recruiting desk.
Add a candidate with a unique email, open role, recruiter, source and application context.
Record completed feedback, reject or reopen a candidate, and progress through Interview, Offer and Hired with explicit guards.
Create a role with a hiring manager and location. Pause or close intake without removing existing candidates.
The desk displays four active candidates ordered by stage and two upcoming scheduled interviews, with native actions tied to each candidate.
Create open roles and candidate records. Duplicate candidate emails and unavailable roles are blocked at intake.
Schedule distinct interview rounds and record status, interviewer, format, feedback and a human recommendation. Completed feedback needs an explicit recommendation.
Offer requires completed Advance feedback and no outstanding scheduled rounds. Hire requires an accepted-offer confirmation and an open role; rejected candidates can reopen in Screening.
The pilot uses 2 tables with fictional records. No external database is needed to explore the source app.
| Table | Sample data | What it stores |
|---|---|---|
| Roles | 4 sample roles | Three open roles and one paused role with departments, managers, locations and role briefs. |
| Candidates | 8 sample candidates | Fictional candidates across six stages, including scheduled and completed interview rounds and decision history. |
English desktop pilot. No automated candidate ranking, protected-attribute fields, calendar invitations, outbound email, offer documents, e-signature or tested access roles. One candidate record per email. Hired is terminal. Reads are limited to the first 1,000 rows per table and writes stop above that cap. Deployment and download await package and clean-install validation.
