What do I need to connect ServiceNow to ToolJet?
Install the ServiceNow marketplace plugin, provide your instance URL, and configure Basic authentication or OAuth 2.0. The connected account must have access to the tables and operations your app uses.
What should I check before using ServiceNow in production?
ServiceNow roles and table access rules still apply. Action Fabric and Flow Designer operations require the corresponding ServiceNow endpoints and configuration. These call ServiceNow workflows; they do not enable ToolJet Workflows on Cloud.
Can I automate tasks with ServiceNow?
Connect ServiceNow queries to app events such as button clicks and form submissions. ToolJet Workflows and Agent Builder can orchestrate supported connectors on Self-hosted deployments; those products are not available on ToolJet Cloud. Check the connector and deployment requirements for your use case.
