A customizable hotel operations app for front desk and housekeeping teams. Track room readiness, expected arrivals, and guest requests in one workspace.

This ToolJet app gives a small hotel's front desk and housekeeping team a shared view of the working day. Staff can check room readiness, review expected arrivals, update handover notes, and assign guest requests. The built pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional sample records; its importable package is still in preparation.
Built for Boutique hotel managers, front desk staff, and housekeeping teams coordinating daily room handovers.
Three connected pages keep the front desk and housekeeping handover in one place.
Review twelve sample rooms by floor, the expected arrivals list, and open guest requests. See where the next handover needs attention.
Filter rooms by floor or status. Update readiness, the assigned team member, and handover notes in a dedicated form.
Create a request linked to a room, set its team and priority, then update the owner, status, and service notes.
See twelve rooms across two floors, with clear states for occupied, ready, cleaning, inspection, and out of service. Filter the room directory to focus on the next handover.
Review the sample shift’s expected arrivals, assigned rooms, and guest preferences alongside room readiness. Give the front desk context for a thoughtful welcome.
Update a room’s readiness, assignee, and handover note in a dedicated form. Keep front desk and housekeeping working from the same room record.
Create guest requests with a room, team, and priority. Track owners, progress, and service notes, and browse active or resolved requests.
The pilot uses 3 tables with fictional records. No external database is needed to explore the source app.
| Table | Sample data | What it stores |
|---|---|---|
| Rooms | 12 sample rooms | Room number, floor, type, readiness, assignee, and handover notes. |
| Expected arrivals | 4 sample arrivals | Guest name, arrival time, assigned room, length of stay, and preferences. |
| Guest requests | 5 sample requests | Room, request details, team, priority, owner, status, and service notes. |
Reservations, a booking engine, payments, and check-in/out transactions are not included. The arrival list represents a fixed sample shift, not a live booking feed.
This design is a starting point. Describe the look you want, add your logo and brand colors, or ask for new features in a prompt. Use the starter prompt to build your own version in the ToolJet AI builder, or use a suggested prompt to modify an app you already have. Review and test the result.
Suggested prompts describe changes you can request. Additional features and translations still need to be built and tested.
Choose ToolJet Cloud, or download the application package to import into your self-hosted instance once the template is released.
Explore the sample records in ToolJet Database, then add your rooms and configure the workflow for your team.
Describe your preferred design, branding, and new features in the AI builder. Test your workflow, then share your app with the people who need it.
Yes. Open the app in the ToolJet AI builder and describe your preferred layout, colors, typography, logo, and company name. You can also request new features or translated screens. Use the editable prompts on this page as a starting point, then review and test the changes before sharing your app.
The built pilot has sun and moon appearance controls at the bottom of its property rail. Both palettes cover the dashboard, room directory, guest requests, and forms. The local preview can return to light mode after reloading; remembered appearance is still being verified. The screenshots on this page follow your system appearance. Use Light or Dark to override it, or System to follow your device again. These controls change the app screenshot only.
This pilot focuses on room readiness, expected arrivals, and guest requests across three pages. It uses ToolJet Database with synthetic sample data. A booking engine, payments, and check-in or check-out transactions are outside the current scope; additional workflows can be requested with AI and need implementation and testing.
Yes. The pilot is an editable ToolJet application with Today, Rooms, and Guest requests pages. The website shows actual screenshots of its dashboard. The importable package and automatic database setup are not available yet.
The released application will include setup instructions for connecting your data. These screens use synthetic sample records so you can explore the design without sharing business information.
A downloadable ToolJet application package is planned. Supported versions, required features, and import instructions will be listed here when the release has been tested.
The built pilot is in English. You can use a prompt to request French, Arabic, or another language. Translated screens and Arabic right-to-left layouts are not included yet and need to be built and tested.
Template pricing and release terms have not been finalized. ToolJet hosting, subscription features, and any connected third-party services may have separate costs. These will be made clear before deployment.
