Keep report references and inspection limitations; report generation and certification are not automated. This English-language pilot uses pre-tax USD amounts, one current booking per record, manual approval evidence and manual payment records. It does not include email or SMS, payment processing, recurring billing, file storage, inventory reservations or enforced approval roles. Views load at most 1,000 rows per table; larger datasets require server-side pagination.

Does the template need an external database?
No. This pilot uses three ToolJet Database tables for customers, resources and operational records. Export and clean-install validation must pass before one-click deployment or download is enabled.
Can I adapt the inspection workflow?
Yes. Start with confirm scope and property access, record inspection findings and limitations, record report reference and client handover, then ask the AI builder for your fields, stages and design. Review the generated changes and test the allowed and blocked workflow transitions.
Does it take payments or send notifications?
No. It records payment references and balances manually. Payment gateways, email, SMS and other integrations must be added and tested separately.
Can I change the design, branding or features with AI?
